Sunabet's Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

Sunabet (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply to all members using the Sunabet platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Below is a detailed overview of Sunabet's financial transaction policies. Sunabet currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within 2 hours, please contact our support team.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Sunabet reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

4. Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when betting on Sunabet. Sunabet reserves the right to terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

Bet Acceptance

Every bet placed on Sunabet is considered final once confirmed. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Sunabet reserves the right to void the affected bet. Bets placed on unusual or suspicious odds may be subject to review.

Event Cancellation or Suspension

• If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets placed on that event will be refunded.
• If a live betting event is interrupted mid-way, the outcome will be determined in accordance with Sunabet's own rules.
• Sunabet will not be held liable if an event is suspended due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

Maximum Bet Limit

A separate maximum limit applies to each event and bet type, displayed on the respective event page. Sunabet reserves the right to adjust individual bet limits at any time.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Sunabet regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, and by claiming a bonus you are agreeing to those terms.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• To withdraw your welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered at least 10 times.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of claim.

General Bonus Terms

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds can only be used on specific games or betting categories.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sunabet platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended or terminated, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illicit funds.
• Match Fixing: Fixing or participating in the manipulation of any match or event outcome.
• Hacking: Attempting to hack or exploit the platform's software or systems.
• Use of Bots: Using automated software or bots for betting or gaming.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.
• False Information: Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or the verification process.
• Exploiting System Vulnerabilities: Exploiting any technical glitches or errors on the platform.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Sunabet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violating any part of these terms and conditions.
• If identity verification fails or false information is found to have been provided.
• Involvement in any prohibited activities.
• As required by a court order or regulatory authority.
• At your own request.

Before closing an account, Sunabet will notify the user, unless immediate action is required due to an urgent reason. Any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus balances may be forfeited.

8. Responsible Gaming

Sunabet believes entertainment should always be enjoyed responsibly. We never want our platform to be a source of financial or emotional harm. That's why Sunabet provides a range of responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a loss limit in advance so you know the maximum you're willing to lose within a given period.
